Tirja Consulting LLP (“Website Owner”) having its registered office address in Bangalore, India and holding LLPIN ACA-3779 is engaged in the principal business of information and communication. This Terms of Use (“Terms”) outlines the terms and conditions for when you access and utilize our services across Tirja™ Anasua (“Service” or “Website”) and Anasua (“Mobile Application”, package identifier net.empowerpoint.anasua). The Website Owner, Website, and the Mobile Application hereinafter collectively referred to as “Site”.

Your (“Your”/ “You”/ “User”) use of our services offered on the Website, and the Mobile Application implies your consent to the terms set forth in this Terms and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the Terms and/or Policy, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

1. Definitions

User: A natural person of at least 18 years of age possessing full legal capacity and sound mind.

Service: The software platform, mobile applications (including Empowerpoint® Anasua, package identifier net.empowerpoint.anasua), websites, cloud APIs, and linguistic services provided by Tirja Consulting LLP, encompassing spoken translation, transliteration, paired cross-lingual communication, and AI-assisted Indic language practice across 16 supported languages (15 Indian languages + Indian English).

2. Ownership of Content

Tirja™ Anasua and Empowerpoint®, including all software code, interface design, brand trademarks, logos, audio clips, proprietary algorithms, and linguistic assets (including the proprietary Shabdakalpadrum linguistic engine), are the exclusive intellectual property of Tirja Consulting LLP.

Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize the translation, transliteration, and conversational outputs generated through the Service for personal and lawful professional purposes. Tirja Consulting LLP assumes no responsibility for user-submitted communications or external reliance placed upon automated translations.

3. User Information & Architectural Components

Cookies & Tracking: We do not deploy advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We utilize strictly necessary session cookies solely for authentication and secure site navigation.

Google Sign-In: Authentication is handled via Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication. We collect only your email address and display name, which are used exclusively for user identification, session security, and quota allocation. We do not sell or monetize personal information.

Realtime Messaging & Room Signaling: Ephemeral paired chat rooms utilize Google Firebase Realtime Database (RTDB) for real-time signaling, join requests, and live turn delivery. Signaling data and active room nodes are temporary and purged following session termination.

Secure Cloud Datastore: We maintain an authoritative relational datastore hosted securely in cloud data centers for managing persistent user account profiles, allocated and consumed quota balances, task usage logs, and purchased plan ledgers.

Zero Audio & Camera Retention: Spoken audio recorded through your device microphone and camera images captured for optical document translation are processed transiently in volatile memory for live recognition, translation, and vocal synthesis. Audio recordings and camera images are never permanently recorded, logged, or saved to persistent disk or databases.

Payment Processing: When in-app purchases or subscriptions are enabled, transactions are handled securely by Google Play In-App Billing (for Android apps). Tirja Consulting LLP stores only provider-issued transaction reference IDs and quota receipts. No credit/debit card numbers or bank credentials touch or reside on our servers.

4. Free Trial, Subscriptions and Refunds

3-Day Free Trial: The Service offers a complimentary 3-day free trial upon initial sign-in with your Google account. During the trial period, users receive full access to cross-lingual paired conversation, AI language tutoring, on-device transliteration, and voice synthesis features with zero upfront payment required.

In-App Subscriptions: Following the complimentary trial period, optional subscription plans and passes are available via Google Play In-App Billing for continuous, uninterrupted access.

Google Play Terms & Refunds: In-app purchases made on Android devices are processed through Google Play and are governed by the Google Play Terms of Service. Refund requests for purchases made via Google Play must be submitted directly through the Google Play Store pursuant to Google Play's standard refund policies.

5. Paired Rooms & Host Administrative Controls

Ephemeral Room Codes: Users may initiate or join synchronized cross-lingual chat rooms via 6-digit OTP codes or universal deep links (https://empowerpoint.net/room/{otp}).

Host Authority: The initiating room host possesses administrative authority over the room session, including the ability to authoritatively admit or decline participant join requests, and rename the chat room (up to 16 characters).

Participant Visibility: By joining a paired room, participants acknowledge that their chosen display name, native language code, and masked email identifier (e.g. u***r@example.com) will be displayed to co-participants within that specific active session.

6. AI Language Tutor & Spoken Courses Disclaimer

Educational Simulation: The Service includes conversational AI tutoring, everyday living roleplay scenarios (e.g., auto/taxi commute, rent haggling, domestic help, neighbourhood conversations), and pronunciation calibration powered by generative AI models (including Google Gemini and the Shabdakalpadrum linguistic core). These interactions are educational simulations designed solely for spoken fluency and linguistic familiarity. They do not constitute formal legal, financial, or medical advice.

Acceptable Prompting: Users agree not to input abusive, defamatory, sexually explicit, hateful, or unlawful content into speech or text prompts.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tirja Consulting LLP shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, automated translations, or linguistic suggestions.

Automated Translation Accuracy: While we employ advanced phonetic matrices and cutting-edge neural models, automated machine translation across diverse regional dialects may occasionally contain inaccuracies or contextual nuances. Users are advised to exercise independent judgement for sensitive or official communications.

8. Account Termination & Data Erasure

In compliance with Indian Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) principles and Google Play user data standards, users have the absolute right to terminate their account and permanently expunge persistent account, quota, plan, and task records at any time.

Instant self-service account eradication is available at https://backend.empowerpoint.net/delete. Deletion atomically removes user account records, quota balances, and task usage ledgers from our secure cloud datastore. Active room sessions are transient and terminate automatically upon closing the app.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
